Shipping
For shipments outside the Italian territory the shipping fee will be communicated via e-mail after receipt of the purchase request and purchase process will not be complete until the acceptance by the customer of the shipping costs.
The shipping costs are calculated according to the country destination and the total weight of items purchased. The weight includes the weight of the packaging plus the weight of the pieces. The couriers calculate the price depending on the weight and volume of the package, so if you order a piece that weighs little, but occupies a large volume paid according to the volume.
For shipments abroad, in countries outside the European Union EU, shipping costs do not include customs fees, payable to the buyer.
Normally orders are processed in one / two business days except for those products for which are listed loger processing time in the description.
